Evidence of DLA/PIP payments must be provided at the entrance on arrival (the evidence must be dated within the last 2 years). If evidence is not brought or not in date the full charge will apply. The Carers must be 18 yrs+.
A doctor’s letter stating two carers is needed must be shown at the entrance upon arrival.
This gift voucher can only be used if the recipient already has an Annual Pass. If they do not already have an Annual Pass then you need to purchase a New Annual Pass gift voucher.
