Forest School (6-8yrs) - Thursday afternoon (12.00pm to 1.45pm) - without parent/guardian

For home educated and primary school aged children (6-8 years).

Come and join us on a Thursday afternoon in the Knockhatch Woodland for lots of Forest School fun!

Thursday sessions, no parents or guardians, drop-off and pick-up only.

We have created a beautiful Forest School area with a fire and shelter, mud kitchen and lots of wonderful woodland activities to keep you and your little ones busy. There will be opportunities to take part in activities such as den building, woodland crafts, using tools such as saws and hammers, obstacle courses, cooking on the fire, going on woodland walks, playing games, sharing stories around the fire and having lots of woodland fun!

Our Forest School sessions take place whatever the weather, providing it is safe to do so. We have a shelter and fire to keep you warm and dry, but we also love playing in the rain, splashing in puddles and getting changed into warm, dry clothes afterwards.

Expect to get wet and muddy, but also expect to have a lot of fun, make new friends, laugh and learn new things in the great outdoors.
